Data Insights Analyst

To further strengthen our Modern Data Platform Practice, we are currently looking for a skilled Data Insights Analyst.

Do you have hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL, and do you enjoy investigating complex datasets to uncover the story behind the numbers?

Your responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders in their journey towards a more data-driven way of working by translating data into actionable insights;

• Gather, understand and challenge business requirements to ensure reporting and analytics solutions address the right business needs;

• Develop, maintain and improve reporting and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and SQL;

• Analyze large and complex datasets while ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of reporting outputs;

• Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, validate business logic and assess business impact;

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of data and reporting solutions;

• Understand the value of data within the broader business context and help stakeholders leverage data more effectively.

Your qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Functional Analysis or a similar data-focused role;

• You have strong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI;

• You are fluent in speaking both Dutch and English;

• You have experience gathering and understanding business requirements;

• You like to interact with and guide businesspeople towards a solution generating business impact;

• You have an analytical mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
