The Data & AI Strategy Senior Manager role is a growth role for someone who is looking to expand and lead a data and AI strategy practice. You will actively contribute to the growth of the strategy team, as you will (co)-lead the strategy team, manage complex data and AI transformation initiatives at our customers by advising senior stakeholders, and contribute substantially to the continued growth of our Strategy practice.

Your Responsibilities

As a Data & AI Strategy Senior Manager, you will focus on three clusters

 

  1.      Driving business growth:

  • Responsible for actively developing and growing the strategy business, leveraging and expanding client relationships by finding, shaping and converting opportunities into top line contributions for Datashift

  • Lead, coach, and inspire consulting teams while supporting consultants in their professional developmentHelp shape Datashift’s strategy offerings, value propositions, and market positioning.

  • Contribute to the thought leadership status of Datashift by activing contributing to both creation as well as conversion into client engagements

2.      Client and Engagement Leadership:

  • Help organizations identify where data, analytics, and AI can create the greatest business impact.

  • ·Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.

  • Help organizations identify where data, analytics, and AI can create the greatest business impact.

  • Lead Data & AI strategy engagements, by translating complex business challenges into actionable data and AI initiatives: from discovery over strategic guidance into implementation and value realization.

  • Support organizations in AI adoption, change management, and transformation programs.

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for client engagements, ensuring quality, impact, and stakeholder satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership and coaching

  • Lead, coach, and inspire consultant team while supporting consultants in their professional development.

Job requirements

Your qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial profile with strategic acumen in data and

You bring:

  • A Master's degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.

  • Proven consulting experience, which is essential for this role.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in both business development as well as client relationship management is essential for this role.

  • A strong track record of leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in or eagerness to manage a team and/or a P&L is a plus

  • Experience in Data Strategy, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation projects.

  • The ability to think and act both strategically and pragmatically.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ambition to grow into a broader management/director role.

  • The confidence and maturity to engage with C-level stakeholders and in complex business environments.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
